Each adoption will last for a full year from whenever you choose it to begin. At the end of the year you may decide to adopt the same animal again or choose another. It's up to you! Whatever you decide, we'll send you a renewal reminder. On completion of your purchase you will receive confirmation from PayPal that we have received your order.
