Application Form

Each adoption will last for a full year from whenever you choose it to begin. At the end of the year you may decide to adopt the same animal again or choose another. It's up to you! Whatever you decide, we'll send you a renewal reminder. Please note the final date to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas is 4pm on Sunday 20th December 2020.

You will receive:

  • a Hall Hill Farm pen or notebook 
  • a photo of your new friend
  • information about your chosen animal
  • an adoption certificate
  • 2 free entry tickets
  • a keyring featuring a photo of your animal

Most important of all, you'll be able to come and visit us with your free complimentary tickets, and see your name displayed beside your favourite animal.
