Adoption Application Form
Once we have received your animal selection you will receive:
- a Hall Hill Farm gift
- a picture of your new friend
- an adoption certificate
- an information letter telling you all about your chosen animal
- our quarterly Newsletter keeping you up to date with everything that's happening on the farm.
- 2 free entry tickets
Most important of all, you'll be able to come and visit us with your free complimentary tickets, and see your name displayed beside your favourite animal.
Each adoption will last for a full year from whenever you choose it to begin. At the end of the year you may decide to adopt the same animal again or choose another. It's up to you! Whatever you decide, we'll send you a renewal reminder.
